Model Scripts
In order to connect the reaction network, the parameters and the model constraints to create an ensemble of models, two MATLAB scripts were compiled. The first script is termed the “Model script” which describes the model framework.The “Solver script” described the log-normal distributions of uncertain parameters and solves the ODEs. Both scripts can be found in the following pdf (File:Scripts (20.5.19).pdf).
