Data

Table of enzyme parameters with their respective confidence interval, location and scale parameter. The value for each enzyme parameter is the weighted mode, calculated using literature parameters and the parameter alogirthm described by Breitling, Hawari and Tsigkinopoulou. The algorithm was also used in order to calculate the confidence interval for each data set, the larger the confidence interval, the larger the descrepancy between literature values. The location and scale parameters stated for each parameter describe the log normal distributions which were generated using a two-by-two system of the equations containing the cumulative distribution function (CDF) and the mode.
